2019-20 stats – 37 GP – 19 W – 12 L – 5 OTL – 2.60 GAA – .911 SV%
Career stats – 127 GP – 60 W – 43 L – 14 OTL – 2.80 GAA – .908 SV%
At my number one and final spot on this list of potential goalies that could replace Frederik Andersen if traded, I have someone who shut the door on the Toronto Maple Leafs in the play-in series, Joonas Korpisalo. Yeah I know it sounds crazy but hear me out because there has been some rumours circling Columbus and their goalies.

Columbus already has two great goalies in Joonas Korpisalo and Elvis Merzlikins and they also have some great goalie prospects so it wouldn’t shock me if they move on from one of them.
Columbus isn’t the greatest offensive team so if the Toronto Maple Leafs could somehow package some offensive players for Joonas Korpisalo it could maybe work out for both teams in the near future and down the road.
Korpisalo is younger than both Lehner and Kuemper so, that might be intriguing to the Toronto Maple Leafs and he was also set to become an RFA this off-season, but signed a two year contract extension with an AVV of $2.8M. His age and next contract may cause the price of acquiring him be a little richer but we shall wait and see. (Stats from NHL.com).
