TORONTO, ON – APRIL 17: Connor Brown /

We’re waiting on the Toronto Maple Leafs to pull the trigger on Connor Brown.

Whatever trigger the Toronto Maple Leafs decide to pull will most likely be fine with me.

I wholeheartedly trust this group.

Seriously.

However, that doesn’t refrain us from guessing what kind of trigger they’re going to pull, more specifically how much they’re willing to fork over.

And for the purposes of this article, I’m going to steer clear of the whole trading Brown conversation and focus on his worth.

Now, we all know he’s a valuable asset to the team, that goes without saying, but I’m still going to send it.

I mean, say it.

He produced 20 goals and 36 points in a full 82 games played last season as a rookie.

Okay, now I’m going to switch my focus to what I think his next contract will be worth.

And I’ll also be touching on the Leafs cap situation as a whole moving forward and more, so be sure to stick with the entire article.
