“The Conn Smythe Trophy is an annual award given to the most valuable player for his team in the playoffs. The winner is selected by the Professional Hockey Writers’ Association at the conclusion of the final game in the Stanley Cup Final.”
1967 – Dave Keon
In the third year of the Conn Smythe Trophy’s existence, and the last time the Toronto Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup, Dave Keon was the NHL playoff MVP.
Keon had eight points in 12 post-season games for the buds that year, his third highest playoff point total in the NHL.
