Jack Adams Trophy

From NHL.com:

“The Jack Adams Award is an annual award presented by the National Hockey League Broadcasters’ Association to the NHL coach adjudged to have contributed the most to his team’s success. The winner is selected in a poll among members of the NHL Broadcasters’ Association at the end of the regular season.”

1993 – Pat Burns

In 1992-1993, Pat Burns guided the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 44-29-11 record and a trip to the Conference Finals in his first of four seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Leafs would lose game seven of the third round to Wayne Gretzky’s Los Angeles Kings.
