26. EJ Emery Montreal Canadiens

A 6'3 defenseman who likely projects as a second-pairing guy in the NHL if he makes it. It's hard to project defensive defenseman when they are young - maybe if he develops an offensive game he could be a star.

Who knows? Not even the professionals making the selections (which is half the fun!).

27. Leo Sahlin Wallenius Carolina Hurricanes

It is my sincere hope that Sahlin Weallenius does not get drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs because I don't think I can handle having to spell his name on a regular basis.

Then again, I'm all for getting defenseman with blazing speed who play a solid two-way game.

28. Nikita Artamonov Calgary Flames

A winger from Russia with a great motor. He's already played a full season in the KHL, which is impressive for a 17 year old.

29. Teddy Stiga Dallas Stars

An American winger known for his highly intelligent game.

30. Cole Hutson New York Rangers

A highly mobile offensive defenseman who is expected to be drafted in the first round.

31. Dominick Badinka Anaheim Mighty Ducks

A 6'3 Czech defenseman who is both mobile and excellent defensively.

32. Maxim Masse Philedelphia Flyers

A Canadian winger with good size and an outside shot of going in the first round. I like him, so I'm guessing/hoping he is the final pick of the first round!
