The Toronto Maple Leafs are getting much more bang for their buck out of their forwards, but they still have a few players that are out-performing their salary. Morgan Rielly is incredibly underpaid at $5M per season and even in a down-year for him, he out-performed his contract.
With another year under his belt and a full season, Toronto should also be getting a much better player than their contract with Rasmus Sandin. He only played 28 games this year, but at an 82-game pace, he would have had more points than Holl, Dermott, Rosen and Bogosian.
