Key 3: Fourth Line Needs to Come Up Big

Finally, the Toronto Maple Leafs fourth line has been working wonders so far this series. The line of Trevor Moore, Frederik Gauthier and Tyler Ennis has been spectacular.

Although they’ve only generated one goal together, they have been generating opportunities effectively. Not to mention their defensive plays, which undoubtedly give the Leafs far more chances.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Moore and Ennis being bumped up to play with William Nylander.

However, if that doesn’t happen, I wouldn’t mind them seeing a little more ice time regardless. They need to bring all of that excellent play on Sunday for their biggest game as a Leaf.

Combined, this team needs to work as a unit come Sunday afternoon. Frederik Andersen has been spectacular and it’s almost a given that we expect the same out of him.

Whatever happens on Sunday will be a direct effect of their ability to keep the momentum going from Friday’s win, if not more.
