The Toronto Maple Leafs enter the season with both optimism and some unanswered questions.

A few days ago, Toronto Maple Leafs GM Kyle Dubas did an exclusive interview with TSN’s Bob McKenzie inside the team dressing room. With over 50 minutes of conversation, a lot of insight was revealed.

Many of the topics brought up during the sit-down involved questions that many Leafs fans have regarding the state of the team heading into the 2018-19 season. Some of these include the status of William Nylander’s contract, the captaincy, Dubas’ relationship with Mike Babcock, and reflecting on the offseason moves, among many others.
