5. v. Ottawa Senators

The puck is received at the goal line by James van Riemsdyk who dishes it to Bozak in the slot. The puck is passed to his feet, meaning it’s harder to get the right kind of shot off.

Instead of overreacting, Bozak adjusts his positioning to fire it off with intensity. What makes this goal nice is the fact that he has to go down on one knee to get the right angle on the shot. Just to get it up that fast is impressive.

He unleashes the puck and it sneaks past Mike Condon. Just an absolute snipe from an awkward angle. Had Bozak not gone down like he did, the shot wouldn’t have been as accurate as it was. Some pretty passing for a rather nice goal.
