The Montreal Canadiens beat the Bruins in a shootout ending the Bruins’ 12-game win streak. While we all know the streak had to end sometime, it stings a little that it ended with the Habs.

On the bright side, the Bruins are in total cruise control in the Atlantic division and are serious contenders for the Presidents’ Trophy and the Stanley Cup.

Now it’s time for the B’s to get every last point out of the regular season and wait to see whom their first round dance partner is.
