The NHL regular season continues to roll on at a breakneck speed, as just a week since the players came back from the Olympic break, 39 players and 24 draft picks changed teams on NHL Trade Deadline Day.

Every team in the Atlantic Division except for the Toronto Maple Leafs was active on Deadline Day and the days leading up to it. Most of the teams did their part in trying to separate themselves from the pack in a tightly contested Eastern Conference.

After taking a couple weeks off due to the Olympic break and another couple days break to allow our industrious writers and editors to focus on the deadline, Crossing The Atlantic is back. Please note that these pieces were submitted yesterday, so they don’t mention any of the action that took place in the NHL last night.
