The Toronto Maple Leafs will once again try to bounce back from a blowout, this time coming at the hands of the Carolina Hurricanes in a 6-1 loss.

Tonight, they will face the Washington Capitals, who just passed them in the Eastern Conference standings last night with a win against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Tonight is a must-win game for the Maple Leafs. Being out-scored 18-5 the last three games, the Leafs are in a very vulnerable position visiting a team that has Alex Ovechkin on it. If they’re not careful, yet another blowout could be in the cards.

With all the trade talk and talk of a head coach being fired surrounding the team right now, a big win would be really good for them.
