– The Maple Leafs will be facing a depleted Bruins lineup as they are without Loui Eriksson, Johnny Boychuk, Chris Kelly, Adam McQuaid and Shawn Thornton. The Leafs need to take advantage of facing this lineup.

– Thornton has been suspended pending his in-person hearing over his vicious attack on Pittsburgh’s Brooks Orpik last night.

– Lineups are subject to change as there was no morning skate for either team. Since Reimer started last night, Bernier will start tonight.

Joffrey Lupul is close to returning from his groin injury, although watching the optional Leafs skate today on Leafs TV, there were more than a few of the commentators that though he could play tonight. That would, of course, be a bonus for the Leafs.

– This is the first Sunday night game for the Leafs in ten years.

Be sure to join us tonight for the live game thread.
