The Leafs continued their poor play over the weekend by getting thoroughly manhandled by the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday. The result wasn’t unexpected, but man, what a terrible effort by the guys in blue. Things aren’t going to get any easier with the Anaheim Ducks visiting Toronto on Tuesday, then a back-to-back against the Blue Jackets and Penguins on Friday and Saturday. Don’t even get me started on the perils awaiting the Leafs when the calendar flips to November. But, uh, David Clarkson should be back on Friday! Some links for you:
