NHL Releases 2013-2014 Regular Season Schedule

The Toronto Maple Leafs’ 2013-14 regular season schedule has been released.

The Leafs will open up like they did last year by playing the Montreal Canadians on October 1st at the Bell Center In Montreal Quebec. The schedule was released after the NHL and the NHLPA agreed to have players compete in the 2014 Olympics in Sochi.

Some games to look forward to are games against the new-look Ottawa Senators, Pittsburgh Penguins, and rival Boston Bruins. The Leafs will participate in the new Atlantic, one of four re-jigged divisions, which includes the Boston Bruins, Florida Panthers, Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, Ottawa Senators, Tampa Bay Lightning and Montreal Canadiens. Expect an interesting reaction from Leaf fans as the Red Wings pay a visit to the ACC on December 21st before the winter break.
