Leafs Down To 51, Lineup For Tonight

Couple of quick personnel notes heading into tonight’s game. The Leafs cut 12 players today, all but one of whom I never really considered having a real shot at making the club.

Jamie Devane, Josh Nicholls, Barron Smith and Kenny Ryan were all sent back to their respective OHL clubs. Andrew Engelage, Mikhail Stefanovich, Dale Mitchell, Richard Greenop, Justin Hodgman, Drew Paris and Josh Engel were all assigned to AHL duty with the Marlies. Mike Liambas was cut from his tryout contract, but with most hockey doors closed to him at the moment, it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Here’s the Leafs’ lineup for tonight, at least how it’s being reported by a couple different sources. Still no word on the Flyers’ lineup, but if I can get ahold of it before game time, I’ll pop it up. Go Leafs!
