Welcome to Editor-in-Leaf

What’s up Leaf Nation, I’m Myles and Editor-in-Leaf will be the newest addition to the collection of great sports blogs at Fansided.com.  First, I gotta thank Jeff Bartl and the Best brothers for giving me the chance to write about hockey’s greatest team, and for all their help getting the site up and running so quickly.

I’ve been a Leafs fan since the day I was born, I cried my eyes out when Gretzky high-sticked Doug Gilmour in the ’93 Conference Finals, and the only thing worse than an Ottawa fan is someone who roots for the hated Habs.  Somehow my kid brother ended up becoming a Montreal fan, and one of my distinct memories from childhood is listening to my father inform him that he wasn’t allowed to watch a Montreal-Toronto game in the same room as us.

With the season already well underway, I’m gonna jump right into daily coverage of all things Leafs:game previews and analysis, highlights (although the way things are going this season, there may not be too many of those), and as much in-depth Leaf coverage as one blog can handle.  Go Leafs!
